Vintage T-Shirts Set 1
It has always irked me to see English or other real-world languages used in logos on clothing in the Sims. It just seems so out of place there. The Sims have their own language, thank you very much, and it’s called Simlish. If you want to put words on Sim’s clothes, use Simlish!! Sorry for ranting, just had to get that off my chest.
Okay, when I saw these awesome Vintage Simlish Designs by Nuagelle I immediately thought “vintage t-shirts!!!” and got to work. I combined them with actual t-shirt fabric from my texture library and applied the newly made textures to the wonderfully crafted t-shirt meshes by Darte77. (You will need to download both meshes by Darte77 from The Sims Resource for these Vintage T-Shirts to work in your game! Links are below!) Since Darte77 made t-shirts for both male and female Sims, I made all the vintage shirt designs for both male and female Sims! Check out the gallery below to see all the available designs that are available for both.
These were really fun to create and while I created all that I wanted to create from that vintage design pack from Nuagelle, I do have my own small collection of vintage shirts and some Simlish fonts. I might just make my own logo designs in Simlish for another set or two of vintage shirts! So, if you like these, let me know!
