Today’s Find is the ultra realistic custom CAS content by Sims3Melancholic.
I don’t recall how I stumbled onto this content creator but I’m still amazed by their creations. Every time I look at their site, I am shocked that I am looking at Sims 4 models and not the high-res 3D models I’m used to working with because they look that fantastic! I think one of the ways they achieve their level of realism is by using the HQ Mod (which I don’t use) but even without it, their content is still amazing in-game. I highly recommend you check out their Tumblr for a look at their content and also their Patreon page and consider downloading some things for your game if only to “see it to believe it”.

As mentioned, in addition to their Tumblr site, they also have a Patreon page where they have early access content for patrons and also some exclusive content for patrons. There is only the $5 tier for access. Most downloads are released for all after a while and there are no ads on the links once that happens.
