Tiny Home 5: Eco Home – CC Version
Here we have my first two-story tiny home! This started out as a home for a Freegan Sim I was going to play but I then got carried away and lost track of my original storyline. Oh well, I love the little house I made! This tiny home is a has a lot of really nifty features. The first floor is multi-leveled using platforms. The kitchen is elevated above the living room and the bathroom is below the living room. I’m not sure if you can see what I mean from the screenshots? The top floor has enough room by the ladder for a fabricator or other eco device. I only had one Sim living here but I bet you could squeeze two in there if need be. Like all of my custom lots, this one has been extensively play tested so I know it will work for your Sims and is ready to be lived in as soon as you install it! This home was built on “The Shipping Views” lot in Evergreen Harbor but could be placed anywhere you want due to the building’s small size.

NOTES:
When placing a Tiny Home Residential Lot, the game will reset it as a regular Residential Lot. After placing the lot and moving in your Sim(s), you need to go into build mode and set the lot type again to “Tiny Home Residential” in order to get all the Tiny Home perks!
REMEMBER: INSTALL ALL FILES IN THE ZIP FILE YOU DOWNLOAD FROM THIS PAGE TO YOUR “TRAY” FOLDER AND NOT YOUR “MODS” FOLDER!!
