SE Day 14 Finishing Up
On this, the next to last day of my Bipolar Experiment, Mia studies to finish her final aspiration goal and take one last trip to Selvadorada. Will she complete all her goals in time? Will she meet her end at the hands of the ancient jealous gods or one of the other many dangers of the jungle? Read on to find out!
At the beginning of the day, Mia practices playing chess by herself while Pippie sleeps at her feet. On her last trip to Selvadorada, the Logic skill was needed twice to successfully make it through a passageway but her skills were lacking. This time she will be far better prepared with a Logic skill of at least level 4.
Her game was interrupted by a group of neighbors bringing over extra food. Since Mia was feeling manic, she let them in and chatted them up while eating the food they were nice enough to bring over. Seth arrived just in time to say goodbye as the neighbors were leaving. Hey, at least he got to enjoy the free food!
Mia needs to write an archaeology skill book for her aspiration goal but she is depressed and has a very low Writing skill. Lucky for her, Seth (who has a maxed out Writing skill) offers to mentor her as Pippie looks on wondering why she isn’t getting any attention. Mia didn’t finish the book in one sitting because she kept taking breaks to cry and Pippie then needed attention.
Now it’s time to take one more trip to Selvadorada and finish up Mia’s Archaeology Scholar aspiration. As soon as she arrives, she starts an excavation site near her rental house and starts digging to uncover more artifacts. I wonder if the artifacts form a collectable collection like the snowglobes?? I guess we’ll find out!
She’s on the fourth tier of her aspiration and to complete it she needs to reach level 10 Archaeology skill, write an archaeology skill book, and give a successful archaeology lecture. She’s has written the book so all that’s left are the lecture and leveling up her skill.
After excavating several artifact, Mia then went exploring deep into the jungle. After passing through two doorways, Mia finds an old wrecked plane and another treasure chest begging to be opened.
Mia immediately heads back to the cantina and asks an earlier acquainted local about an antidote. Using some bone dust that Mia has found earlier, her new best friend created a very foul tasting antidote for Mia to drink and cure her curse. Will it work??? Is Mia cursed to die a horrible death??? Will she live to see another day??? Will I ever run out of question marks???
Find out these answers and more tomorrow in the final entry of the Sims 4 Bipolar Experiment. Sorry, I just couldn’t help myself. Tune in tomorrow to see how it all ends!
