Lifelike Eyes for Cats & Dogs
I use my Lifelike Eyes 1 and Lifelike Eyes 2 sets on all my human Sims but noticed my poor pets still had cartoony eyes. So, I created new sets of lifelike eyes going by the same rules as my human sets but for cats, small dogs, and large dogs! You can’t really create additional colors for pets (I tried; it didn’t work) so these eye colors override the game’s default eye colors for all pets. Just drop the files into your Mods folder and all pets in your Sims’ worlds will have lifelike eyes. I love it! Like my previous sets, each eye color is a unique texture rather than a recolor of a single texture. The cat eyes have narrower pupils like a cat’s eyes should have.
I have fixed and improved all of the eyes for cats and dogs plus added new heterochromia options for all eye colors! Don’t forget to check out my Lifelike Eyes for Horses too!
Where to Find:
These eye colors for both cats and dogs override the default eye colors. So, just select eye colors for your pets as you would before, and they will have the new eye textures. At least they should… you can only have one default pets eye color override in your Mods folder at a time. If you already have one, you’ll have to take it out to see this one take effect.
