Philtrum Skin Details
You know that little ridge that maybe you or many other people have under their nose from the base of their nose to the top of their top lip? That’s called a philtrum. They can be very faint or very pronounced, in a variety of widths. Now your Sims can have a faint or pronounced philtrum in a variety of widths with this new skin detail! These work on both male and female Sims of most ages.
Where to Find:
The philtrum can be found under Skin Details and then under Mouth Crease. If you don’t know where Skin Details is, it’s in CAS on the head menu. Remember: You can only add Skin Details during Sim creation unless you enable cheats!
