Tranquil Graveyard
I wanted to create a graveyard lot to be used with my Graveyard Lot Trait to make things easier on those needing to find a lot for the trait. This lovely (can a graveyard be lovely without sounding morbid??) graveyard uses no custom content and only content from the base game and one stuff pack listed below. There are no headstones yet; the graveyard is empty of deceased Sims. I wanted it that way so you could fill it with your own Sims. There are plenty of open plots though for you to put headstones of your Sims or Sim pets in the graveyard. (Note: If you use this with my Graveyard Lot Trait, you can’t use headstones or urns from Debug. They have to be from actual deceased Sims from your own game.
Just place the lot on any 30×30 or larger lot in any world. I built the lot for the intended spot of “Tranquil Crescent” in Newcrest. The graveyard is classified as a “generic venue”, so it has no lot requirements. The graveyard has no bathrooms since I didn’t think it needed them and had never been to a graveyard with public bathrooms. If you place the lot where I built it in Newcrest (the Tranquil Crescent lot), there is a public bathroom a block down from the graveyard near the lake.
If you want to put flowers on the graves, I have two suggestions. For a non-cc approach and if you have the Seasons EP, create floral arrangements and then use my No More Wilting Flower Arrangements Mod to keep them forever fresh.
