Lot Traits & Challenges Give Your Lots Some New Character

The custom lot traits and lot challenges on this page will add a wide variety of new features and characteristics to your residential and/or commercial lots in The Sims 4. Please read the posts below fully for details on each lot trait before downloading them. Remember that you can usually use up to three lot traits on any given lot and change them at any time.

UFO Hot Spot Lot Challenge

With this lot challenge mod, your Sims will become a nightly, random target for alien abduction for as long as the challenge is active. It doesn’t happen EVERY night, but there’s always the chance!
