How to Use In-Game:
While creating your Sim in CAS, under Select Traits select the Emotional category and then the Dementia Trait (you can see its icon in the preview image above). This trait will only appear when creating an Elder aged Sim.
You can add the Reward Trait version of this trait by going to the Rewards Panel during Live Mode and selecting Dementia which costs 100 points. Note that this will only be available for Elders.
