Fearful Trait
Are your Sims being too brave and bold? Want a Sim with a phobia about everything I could think of to make them scared of? (I’ll probably add even more fears later!) Just so you know, this does not use the game’s often annoying “Fear System”. Instead, it uses buffs and autonomy to create fearful Sims. I had a lot of fun creating this trait and also testing out/playing with this trait. I think you will too! It makes a great addition for those who enjoy doing unique storytelling scenarios in their games.
Features:
- Learns the following skills faster than most other Sims: Comedy, Gardening, and Wellness.
- Learns the following skills slower than most other Sims: Skiing, Snowboarding, and Rock Climbing
- Their Social motive decays slower than other Sims
- Fears of nearly all occult types of Sims
- Fears of extreme sports
- Fears of venues such as Haunted Houses and several of my created lot traits that made sense to be afraid of
- Positive buffs for the calming activities of Gardening and Wellness
- Likes to perform fun and comedy related actions (what better coping mechanism is there?)
- Fear of being around too many strangers but likes being around friends
- Fears most Sims have are even stronger for Fearful Sims
- Includes several Wants
- All buffs are written in a first-person perspective as that seemed the best course of action for this trait.
