Paranormal Trait
The Paranormal Trait has been one of my most popular traits so far. I decided to completely redo the trait while adding several new features and fixes while I was working on my Paranormal Proficiency Aspiration. So, here is the brand-new and improved Paranormal Trait after long last! I have more plans for this trait in regard to updating some of my lot traits and challenges with special buffs for Sims with this trait, I just need a little more time to implement everything. For now, enjoy the new Paranormal Trait!
Features:
- For Young Adult to Elder
- Learns the Medium Skill faster than other Sims
- Has improved performance gain in the Paranormal Investigator Career
- Finds it Fun to conduct a Seance and communicate with specters
- NEVER GETS SCARED! Or spooked or anxious around specters or haunted objects!
- Has an easier time successfully talking to specters and making them happy
- Makes friends with ghosts faster than other Sims
- Can never get the “Fear of Ghosts” fear as they love meeting and interacting with ghosts
- Wants have been added to enhance your Paranormal experience
- Plus, more to discover!

I would enjoy seeing this trait made available for teens also, if that’s something you’d be up for. Seems like most of what it does would carry over other than the career boost.
