Simularity Update 132
First off, today’s patch. I did some preliminary testing of all my mods with the new patch, and nothing crashed or popped up any errors. I’ll do some far more in-depth testing after the new game pack comes out on February 29th. If you run into any problems with any of my mods, please hop on my Discord server or Contact me. Thank you!
New Mods
I’ve got a new mod for you today that I’ve been meaning to make and release for quite a while now. You know those random prompts for an NPC Sim to ask a played Sim if they can move in together? If you reject them, both your Sim and the NPC Sim will get both bad sentiments and buffs. My new mod, Reject Move In Requests without Negative Reactions, will fix this. Now a rejecting just passes into the air, and no one gets mad or upset!
Mod Updates
I’ve got quite a few mod updates for you today and will probably have more for my next update too! To begin, the Mental Health Medications mod has been updated to use the Core Library by Lot51, so it works even better than before. The Artist Trait and the Modern Art Gallery Lot Trait have both been completely recreated and improved. I added even more fears for all Sims with the Fearful Trait! The Improved Maxis Traits has been updated with a newly improved trait, the Bookworm Trait. The Don’t Do That Vol. 2 mods set has also been updated with a new mod, “Don’t Mess with Trash” which stops kicking of cans and rummaging of trash.
New Lots & Lot Updates
I created a brand-new community lot for you all that I’ve been working on since forever. It’s the Dream 9 Art Center which goes well with my Modern Art Gallery Lot Trait mentioned earlier. You’ll need at least the City Living EP for that one plus more. Check the lot’s post for more details.
I updated my Tiny Home 1: Cozy Cobalt with CC lot with a few new details. The other Tiny Home lots that I re-added to the website are unchanged. I still have three other tiny home lots that I want to rework before readding them to the site.
That’s all for now but I’ll have even more for you in my next update that will probably land next week. For now, I’m trying to figure out how to move my Sims 4 game installation and my Documents folder to my new NVMe drive so that the game will, in theory, load much faster while also freeing up my main SSD. I’ll let you know how it goes!
