The reward for completing the aspiration is the trait:

Ultimate Adventurer: After an exciting adventure around the world where you scaled mountains, explored both islands and jungles, and even went into Outerspace, you are now the Ultimate Adventurer! Your confidence knows no bounds and other Sims hang on your every word as you relate your adventures to them while still other Sims can’t wait to romance you. 

Here are the buffs you can expect from this trait:

Adventurer’s Confidence (Confident +2) – Remembering the many obstacles you overcame to make it to this point, you realize that nothing can stand in your way as you continue onwards and upwards. Your confidence knows no bounds.

Feeling Ready for Action! (Energized +2) – After your globetrotting adventure, you suddenly feel pumped and energized. You are ready some more action, whatever that may be!

Your Sim will also have a new Social Interaction: Tell Adventure Stories which is in the Friendly category of the dialog menu.

Other Perks:

• Confident Buffs last twice as long
• Embarrassed and Scared Buffs go away much faster
• Does better in the following Careers: Astronaut, Secret Agent, Adventurer, and Archaeologist.
• Friendship gains are doubled and Romance gains are nearly tripled. 
• Charisma skill becomes easier to learn.

• Befriending a dolphin is easy if you feed them lots of fish!
• Keep swimming on the surface in deep waters and you are sure to encounter a shark around Sulani.
• You’ll need to click on the deep-water buoy and buy a Rebreather, Treasure Tool, and maybe a Dive Knife before Scuba Diving for Treasure.
• Keep talking to locals around the local cantina using the special dialog options like “Ask About the Jungle” and you will max out your Selvadoradian Culture Skill in no time.
• It’s easy to get cursed, surviving is the tricky part. You can ask locals for a cure or pay tribute to the statue near the cantina/marketplace. 
• Rare Omiscan treasure chests can only be found in temples. You’ll have to wait about two Sim days for the temple to reset before you can return to raid it again. 
• It takes a while to reach the max Rock Climbing Skill. Remember that you can also research it on the computer and read skill books if you get tired of constant climbing.
• To scale Mt. Komorebi, you have to choose a “Mountain Excursion” via the “Plan an Event” menu then pick a crew to go with you. Try to pick friends that know something about rock climbing or you’ll be in trouble. The Ito family in Mt. Komorebi is who I chose and they kept getting ahead of me, they were that skilled! Also, try to be at least at Rock Climbing 8 or 9 before starting the event.
• Don’t worry about reading any skill books about Rocket Science. You can learn everything you need to know by building your rocket. I started building with 0 skill and by the time I installed the final upgrade I had long maxed out the skill.
