Ah, movie night; sitting down around the TV with popcorn and good people to watch a good (or sometimes so bad it’s good) movie or two while enjoying the company. Now your Sims can have their own movie night with this event at any residential house. There are several relevant, themed goals to accomplish and cool prizes for a successful event. Please pay attention to the pack requirements at the bottom of this page to make sure you are able to use this event without any missing parts! Also be sure to read the “tips for a successful event” section further down on this page.

To see the list of goals you can accomplish and rewards you can win, click on the blue boxes below. If you’d rather be surprised, then do not click on the blue boxes below. Be aware that this event can be a little difficult to get the gold reward but I like it that way. I don’t like events that are super easy and you achieve gold too early in the event. I want to really feel like I accomplished something and with this event, you do!

Event Goals
Here are the many goals you can accomplish to earn points for this event:
(Note: You do not need to accomplish every one of them to get the gold. They appear in sets of three.)

Event Rewards
Here are the three rewards you can win for having a successful party:
- Bronze Level Party Reward: Sugar Kane Popcorn Popper
- Silver Level Party Reward: Diamonds Are for Sims Movie Poster
- Gold Level Party Reward: Projection Indoor Movie Screen
NOTE: All of these are from the Movie Hangout Stuff Pack so you will need that for this event to work!

Tips for a Successful Event:

To have a successful movie night, you will need the following items to satisfy some of the event goals in addition to some kind of TV: popcorn popper and coffee maker. Remember to make sure your host Sim watches at least one movie in its entirety in order for certain social interactions to appear which are needed to satisfy goals.
