How to Use In-Game:
Use the Phone to “Plan an Event” then select “Beach Party” and follow the prompts to setup and plan your party! You also need to make sure you have the following objects for a successful party: A Television, Popcorn Maker, Coffee Maker, A Bar. Also make sure your “Host” Sim watches at least one movie in its entirety in order for certain social interactions to appear which are needed to satisfy several goals.
