Increased Energy from Drinks

Have you noticed that coffee and other caffeinated drinks in the Sims 4 don’t seem to give much of an energy boost to your Sims? This mod will fix that! I went through and added an increased energy boost to all coffee, espresso, tea, soda, and other energy drinks from all the packs. I tried to give a realistic boost depending on the type of drink. I used my knowledge of coffee as a baseline then did a lot of Googling to see what drinks had more or less caffeine than coffee and adjusted the energy boost values accordingly. So regular coffee has more of an energy boost than most types of tea and then espresso has the biggest boost of all. Not all tea is created equal of course! Black teas have a stronger boost than herbal teas and chamomile tea has no boost at all. Protein shakes from the Fitness skill also now give a big energy boost to help your workout. The energy boost works for drinks that you create at home, purchase at the café or vender stall, buy at work, or buy from a vending machine. This mod set also includes a “Sleepy Drinks” mod which has drinks that decrease a Sim’s energy.
