Simularity Update 146
I’ve got a few new and updated mods for you today. I’ll have even more in my next update, but for now let’s focus on what’s new today.
New Mod
The mod that is new for today is the Slower Relationship Satisfaction Decay mod which dramatically slows down the decay of Relationship Satisfaction from the Lovestruck EP so that your Sims won’t fall out of love so easily and quickly. This mod is great for those who want to still use the feature without having to work so hard at it.
Updated Mods
I had to re-update the Bowling Alley Lot Trait as I made a coding mistake in my previous update of it. It now will be allowed on Generic venues for real this time. Thank you to faerielandsims for requesting this feature and letting me know it wasn’t working as I intended.
I have completely recreated and overhauled the University Life Aspiration and the Green Thumb Trait. Both are now version 2.0. The University Aspiration now has the code update required for the latest patches. That leaves only the Homemaker Aspiration that still needs an update (I’m testing it now so it should be ready for my next site update). The Green Thumb Trait now has working Wants and improved everything else.
Coming Soon
As I mentioned in the last paragraph, I am working on testing the new and improved version of the Ultimate Happy Homemaker Aspiration. It should be ready in time for my next site update next week. I also overhauled my Homemaker Trait which I am also currently testing. Once testing is complete, I’ll upload it in my next update. I also have two brand-new mods in the works. One will make it so that the outcomes to friends who call you for advice on relationships and careers will have more variations. No longer will positive answers (Yes, do that) always results in positive outcomes. Now there is a 50% chance of a negative outcome for positive answers and vice versa. I also created a silly mod inspired by one of the game’s loading screen captions. You’ll see!
