Residential Lots Home Sweet Home
Here you will find all of the residential type lots that I have created where your Sims can actually live their lives. Home of all shapes and sizes are included here although I have a special liking for tiny homes. All lots shown here were not just created for sake of being created but were made to be used and were actually used by me in my game so you can be assured that they are all fully playable. Not all lots use custom content but some do. If they do, a “shopping list” will be provided so you can easily download the content you’ll need. Click on a post below to view more information about each lot before downloading. Lots are listed alphabetically. Most residential lots are available in two versions: one that uses CC and one that does not.

Tiny Home 1: Cozy Cobalt with CC
A tier one micro Tiny Home for a single Sim or a couple who want to get real cozy. Requires some CC (download list provided) and DLC packs including Tiny Living.

Tiny Home 2: Retro Teal with CC
A second tier Tiny Home for a couple of Sims and their little dog or cat. This version uses some CC but I have provided a shopping list with links.

Another in my series of Tiny Homes, this time a Tier 2 Tiny Home especially for Mt. Komorebi of the Snowy Escape EP.
Tiny Home 4: Crafter’s Corner with CC
Tiny Home 4 is the Crafter’s Corner which is a Tier 1 Tiny Home perfect for Plopsy Crafters and anyone who loves the décor. Requires some custom content.
Tiny Home 4: Crafter’s Corner No CC
This micro home is perfect for a single Plopsy crafter or any other single occupant and requires NO CC.
