Tiny Home 1: Cozy Cobalt – No CC Version
This is a first tier micro Tiny Residential Lot so you get all the Tiny Living perks with this home. I usually play this lot with a single Sim who later gets a significant other. It’s cozy! This version of the Tiny Home on this page does not require any CC. It does use a few pieces from various DLC packs list below, but Tiny Living is the only one that’s technically “required” for this home to work.

REMEMBER: INSTALL ALL FILES IN THE ZIP FILE YOU DOWNLOAD FROM THIS PAGE TO YOUR “TRAY” FOLDER AND NOT YOUR “MODS” FOLDER!!
Important Bug Note: When placing a Tiny Home Residential Lot, the game will reset it as a regular Residential Lot. After placing the lot and moving in your Sim(s), you need to go into build mode and set the lot type again to “Tiny Home Residential” in order to get all the Tiny Home perks!
Because I built this on a 20×15 lot, you can place it on just about any lot size you want (anything 20×15 or larger that is). I don’t think there are any lots smaller than that…
