Tiny Home 2: Retro Teal – CC Version
This home isn’t as tiny as my first tiny home. This is a second tier Tiny Home that’s perfect for a couple of Sims and their little dog or cat. This version uses some CC, but I have provided a shopping list for your convenience below. It also uses a few pieces from various DLC packs list below, but Tiny Living is the only one that’s technically “required” for this home to work.

NOTES:
When placing a Tiny Home Residential Lot, the game will reset it as a regular Residential Lot. After placing the lot and moving in your Sim(s), you need to go into build mode and set the lot type again to “Tiny Home Residential” in order to get all the Tiny Home perks!
Because I built this on a 20×15 lot, you can place it on just about any lot size you want (anything 20×15 or larger that is). I don’t think there are any lots smaller than that…
REMEMBER: INSTALL ALL FILES IN THE ZIP FILE YOU DOWNLOAD FROM THIS PAGE TO YOUR “TRAY” FOLDER AND NOT YOUR “MODS” FOLDER!!
